Open Courses

We offer a variety of ‘open courses’ these are aimed to be cost effective and deliver practical and useable tools and strategies to aid the delegate to excel at both in work and at home.  We offer the following courses:

¨      The Big Smile Workshop - A one day course to improve your organisations customer services.  Your team will begin to recognise that:

1.    They can have control over their reactions

2.    They can see an increase in confidence

3.    They can communicate a positive state even if they feel tired or overwhelmed

4.    They can develop their listening and building rapport skills

 

¨      The Big Jump Day - A one day course to enable individuals and teams to set long and short term goals and subsequently reach these goals.  You and your team will learn:

3.    How to overcome hurdles and difficulties

4.    How to identify daily tasks, enabling ultimate goals to be reached

 

¨      The Big Question – Coaching is about asking questions to enable an individual to reach their potential.  This course is an introduction to Coaching for Managers.  You and your team will learn to:

 

1.    Understand the principles underpinning coaching

2.    Work with the GROW model

3.    Understand the skills associated with coaching

4.    Practice and develop coaching skills

5.    Experience coaching

 

¨      The Big Sale – The bottom line for Companies is sales.  This day course aims to help individuals understand the concepts of selling and to identify the steps they need to take to increase their effectiveness.  You and your team will learn to:

 

1.    Understand the process of selling

2.    Understand your customer

3.    Believe it can be done

4.    Apply the process within the work place

5.    Identify goals and steps which need to be taken
